The skills, products, and and support needed to integrate Apple solutions with enterprise IT are available, but finding them can be a challenge.

If you look at companies like SAP, whose IT department manages 20,000 iPads or Barclay’s Bank, which bought over 8,000 iPads, it’s clear that Apple can — and does — scale to enterprise needs from a sales and support perspective.

Since Fatbars started to offer Apple OSX Certified training to IT specialists, the inevitable question of ” How do I deploy all the mountains of iPhones and iPads, running around in my company or school without going insane” pops up quite frequently.

The answers is a series of Apple Enterprise Training has been launched to provide training solutions through Apple Authorized Training Centres like Fatbars.

With the large deployment of iOS devices in enterprise inside Hong Kong and China region, Beijing based Apple office, in charge of Apple certified training in our region was asked to create a series of Enterprise training with Apple Authorized Training Centre and Apple Certified Trainers in the region, to tackle the needs of this growing market. Fatbars is one of the selected AATC to deliver Apple enterprise training for Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangdong .

Awarded by Apple as Best Performance Apple Authorized Training Center in the Greater China Region and Hong Kong 2012.( 蘋果電腦本年度最佳蘋果授權培訓中心2012),  we are happy to be one of the first in Hong Kong to officially offer this series of Enterprise training courses to our Corporate IT, broadcast facilities and Apple integrators clients. Fatbars continue to offer Apple Certified Support Essential 10.8 and Apple Server Essential 10.8 to IT specialists, we hope this new area of training will prove helpful to their daily business.

When we asked to participate in this event, we wanted to create an Apple Pro Apps workshop that is more relevant to educators. Creating animations and editing videos into a delivery format on the iPad was the direction we went with. A combination of FCPX and iBook App and deliver their finish edit in an interactive platform.

Editors today include many stills in RAW formats into their edits. There are countless times where editors and producers need to straighten and crop a still, unwrap a wide angle photo or create clean background plate. Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended is designed to perform those task with a few clicks.

We were at Taipei last week, showcasing the Quantel Pablo PA with Cine Equipment. Great opportunity to meet Taipei based production people at the event, as well as visiting iView and Pixelfly post production houses in Taipei. 

Based in Singapore, Cine Equipment is the one-stop film equipment specialist, providing  cinematographers, film directors, producers and other film industry personnel with the latest products in film, lighting, video and broadcast.  

Cine Equipment are the people to go to when it comes to anything ARRI. Opporunties like these, allow us to learn and access Arri RAW file formats and above 2K 3D stereo files color correction workflow.

FCPX T3 Training

Wonder where your Apple Certified Final Cut Pro trainer gets trained? A special Apple Certified Trainers’ training course called the T3, gathers potential individuals to a single location where they can learn how to teach and deliver Apple Certified Final Cut Pro X training course. We had the pleasure recently to host such training right here in Fatbars and get to meet many wonderful trainers all over Asia and Hong Kong. 

FCPX T3 training

The Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) program certifies industry professionals to deliver the Apple curriculum. Subjects range from OS X and OS X Server to Apple pro applications, including Final Cut Pro, Motion, Logic Pro, and Aperture. The goal of the ACT program is to ensure quality, consistency and accessibility of Apple training worldwide.

FCPX T3 Training

Fatbars’ very own Samantha Goh was the Master FCPX Trainer for this Train-The-Trainer class. When we attended our T3 training in Los Angeles, our T3 trainer and participants brought together a training experience that was enriching and beneficial to all that came. Professionals coming together with a single aim, to be the Apple Certified trainer in their area of expertise.
